Customer Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their financial goals and provide personalized advice on financial planning
  • Conduct market analysis to offer expert guidance to customers
Performance Metrics
  • Adhere to timeline targets for updating the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed cross-sell and up-sell business objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and high customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly retention targets
  • Hold regular meetings with at least 45 unique customers per month
  • Maintain an attendance rate of over 90% (of total working days)
  • Achieve a minimum score of 80% in functional training sessions
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, mutual funds, CASA, investments, loans, or real estate
  • At least 6 months of exposure to life insurance products
  • Age between 25-30 years
  • Must have reliable transportation
