Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management information systems (MIS) reports and statutory filings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
    • Coordinate audit processes and ensure timely completion of statutory filings.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management
    • Analyze cash flow and expense trends to identify areas for optimization.
    • Work with external partners to reconcile transactions, manage payroll, and optimize expense management.
  • Business Strategy Support
    • Provide financial insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
    • Support pricing, commission modeling, and key business metrics.
    • Assist in due diligence and investor reporting as needed.
