Brand Equity Leader

Job Description:

As a seasoned Brand Equity Associate Director, you will be responsible for spearheading our brand program across various market types, driving deepened equity and product superiority.

The ideal candidate will craft masterbrand architecture strategy on the category, develop 360-brand campaigns to drive preference, create multi-channel communication strategies for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.

They will also build a brand purpose platform, design and implement digital plans for a 12-month calendar, deliver brand health metrics through impactful and innovative communication plans, and create masterbrand visual identity and packaging redesign.

Additionally, the successful candidate will strategize, design, and implement efficient and scalable superiority activation programs customizable for market type, communicate superiority across media touchpoints - TV, digital media, packaging, BTL, and counter counterfeit action through education, legal action, and sales team training.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Develop masterbrand extensions mix across mass masstige premium range.
  2. Expand user base with relevant, compelling extensions, innovations, and craft masterbrand extensions mix.
  3. Create masterbrand visual identity and packaging redesign (evolutionary and revolutionary).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Brand Equity Associate Director with experience in core brand management in FMCG category, handling significant brand campaigns, MBA major in marketing preferred, 8-10 years of experience minimum 3 years in brand management/brand equity, end-to-end exposure of creating a brand TVC and campaign planning, deep working knowledge of gathering consumer insights and deriving strategic execution-oriented insights, commercial acumen to efficiently manage marketing & media budgets, understanding how to navigate the brand world and closely working with agencies.
