Job Title: Technical Test Specialist

About the Role

This position is responsible for designing, documenting and executing test procedures in JIRA and Zephyr for mobile and web applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough testing of product requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage production support issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document and execute test procedures in JIRA and Zephyr for mobile and web applications.
  • Coordinate preparation and completion of project deliverables, testing of product requirements, and manage production support issues.
  • Ensure device and version compatibility through integration testing.
  • Provide task status and progress reports to the project team.
  • Collaborate with software developers, project management, quality, product management, business analysts, support, and others to accomplish assigned tasks.

Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results are also crucial.
