About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule regular preventative maintenance and repairs for facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and comfort.
  • Arrange for regular cleaning services and maintain office equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Oversee the work of security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure high standards are met.
  • Cascade high-level communications and enhance staff/client satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Manage potential emergencies and perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
  • Conduct regular checks of CCTV systems to review maintenance needs.
  • Oversee visitor access, maintain logs, and file relevant information on a regular basis.
  • Act as a back-up receptionist as needed, representing the organization as its face.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair best practices.
