Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of PO and non-PO invoices, investigating aged payments and debit balances, and resolving queries and disputes.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and authorization for payment is also an essential part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of using financial systems, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounts Payable Experience: Proven experience of working in accounts payable, preferably in a similar role.
  • Financial Controls and Systems: Strong understanding of financial controls and financial systems, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Account Reconciliation Experience: Experience of reconciling accounts, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with different levels of the business.
  • Self-Motivation and Flexibility: Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
