Key Role in Sales Order Processing and Billing

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage sales order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination. The successful candidate will work with ERP software and Microsoft Excel to efficiently process orders and ensure accurate billing records.

Responsibilities:
  • Punch sales orders and generate sales invoices in ERP Next software
  • Process expiry claims and prepare credit notes
  • Handle general trade receipts and coordinate dispatch with the factory
  • Maintain accurate billing records and reports
  • Support preparation of MIS reports when required
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in the billing process and invoicing
  • Strong skills in accounting and finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
