DUVAL Enterprises Private Limited manufactures and markets packaged herbs, spices, and seasonings under the SNAPIN brand name across India and in select international markets. SNAPINs purpose is to bring people closer over food we say Sprinkle Karo, Share Karo.

SNAPIN is a fast-growing brand and a leader in the seasonings space in the country. Our success is a direct result of the passion and dedication of our team. We are now looking to expand our team to include a Brand Manager to help move SNAPIN closer to the consumer.

Role Description

We are seeking a Billing Executive to manage sales order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Punch Sales Orders and generate Sales Invoices in ERP Next software

Process expiry claims and prepare Credit Notes

Handle General Trade receipts and coordinate dispatch with the factory

Maintain accurate billing records and reports

Support preparation of MIS reports when required

Qualification and Preferred Experience

- Experience in the Billing Process and Invoicing
- Strong skills in Accounting and Finance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
