We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions through coordination with cross-functional teams.

Your primary objective will be to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by responding to their queries in a timely and accurate manner. You will need to have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions through coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by responding to their queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and use of ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
