Hotel Sales Leader

 

The key to our success lies in the hands of the Hotel Sales Leader, who oversees all sales operations for the hotel's banquet services. This vital role entails managing event logistics, conducting daily briefings with team members, and attending pre-function meetings with clients to ensure seamless execution.

 

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask under pressure. They must be adept at motivating and leading a team, enforcing high standards of customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales data.

 

A diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in a similar capacity. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being an advantage. Familiarity with MS Office software is also required.
