Bid and Proposal Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts. As a Bid and Proposal Manager, you will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, model benefits, and creative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Ability to implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels.
