Legal Specialist - Customer Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team, with expertise in contract negotiation and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with customers in the Americas region. This will involve working closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions to close transactions, as well as preparing monthly reports on transactions received and presenting findings to management.

The role also involves coordinating with other legal team members, identifying contractual, commercial, and operational risks, and providing inputs to mitigate these risks. You will work closely with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions to close transactions.
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received and present findings to management.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation.
  • Major experience in contract negotiation, including IT outsourcing contracts and customer agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in close coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
