Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager

At our organization, we are looking for an experienced legal professional to manage contracts, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard our company's interests across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws, excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills, and analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

We require a Legal Executive with 2-3 years of experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners).
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.
  • Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies.
  • Prepare and send legal notices when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
