Senior Contract Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to manage contracts effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and execute contracts in accordance with client policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contractual agreements and amendments.
- Prepare and review contracts for purchase or sale of goods and services.
- Coordinate equipment and supply acquisition, distribution, and storage.
- Participate in proposal planning and contract administration.
- Analyze and mitigate risk associated with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5-8 years of related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English language.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex information and data.
- Familiarity with technology and systems, including Excel.
- Customer-focused and centric.
