Job Description:

A key contributor to our commercial real estate projects will drive project delivery through expert design coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and contractors. This role demands a deep understanding of architecture, strong leadership skills, and experience working with top-tier international design firms, project management consultants, or reputable real estate developers.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in BIM, Revit, and AI-driven design tools to streamline workflows, facilitate timely and accurate design documentation, and ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional design coordination, aligning architectural drawings with project objectives while utilizing Revit, BIM, and AI-powered platforms.
  • Cultivate close relationships with stakeholders across planning, construction, and design to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor deliverables, track timelines, and proactively resolve design conflicts in a collaborative environment.
  • Stay informed about international design trends and best practices for sustainability in commercial real estate projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a renowned institution (mandatory).
  • Master's degree in Architecture from a globally recognized institute (preferred).
    • 5–10 years of experience in architecture/design coordination, preferably at international firms focused on commercial projects.
    • Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD, along with exposure to AI tools for design automation, modeling, or documentation.
    • Familiarity with local building codes and global design standards.
    • Excellent communication, coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with excellent soft skills.
