Project Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

  • Set project timeline and coordinate with relevant stakeholders or team members
  • Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Proper documentation needs to be done
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
