Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in project management and coordination to take on new challenges and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.


About the Role

The Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing single projects of high volume, commanding entire projects, and having thorough knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims. The incumbent will resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions.

  • Developing construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Maintaining excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Preparing details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute single project of volume over 500 crores.
  2. Command entire project and have thorough knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims.
  3. Resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions.
  4. Knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials and Legal Regulations.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiations skill.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation and cost estimates.
  8. Monitor and control progress of projects by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  9. Create collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  10. Assess approvals of project expenditure considering financial implications on project cost.
  11. Understand and execute quality control measures, safety rules and regulations.
  12. Negotiate with contractors, suppliers and other vendors.
  13. Plan resources, manpower and other materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.
  14. Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, Strategic Decisions etc.
