Job Title: Senior Financial Service Manager-ST

As a Senior Financial Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving business targets in the area of productivity, new premium, and persistency. You will take ownership of market scanning for emerging opportunities and promote a customer-centric culture among staff and field force.

  • The primary objective is to achieve target achievement of Life Insurance, which involves acquiring, building, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, analyzing their needs to establish a client-centric business environment, and proposing and implementing solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for increasing the share of business by offering an entire range of products, achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual targets.
  • This role requires optimal use of given leads on a daily basis, achieving cost-efficient operations, managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion%, and accurate maintenance and updating databases.
  • Achieving goal sheets and contest achievements on a weekly basis is also a key responsibility.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial services.

Responsibilities
