Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to oversee our financial operations. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices to protect the organization's assets.
  • Supervise accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to make informed strategic decisions that drive business success.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA/CFA are highly desirable).

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices.

Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
