We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our organization's financial strategy and planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial strategy and planning initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide critical insights and recommendations to the leadership team to drive informed decision-making.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting to enhance transparency and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial management information reports.
Audit and Compliance:
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
Taxation and Regulatory Expertise:
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior-level financial management position in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
