About the Role

We are seeking a senior Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance, Strategy, and Operations functions. This leadership role requires expertise in financial planning, capital management, compliance, and strategic execution to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, CapEx planning, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management.
  • Manage investments, track ROI, and recommend portfolio adjustments.
  • Formulate and execute financial & operational strategies, including M&A evaluations.
  • Drive turnkey project execution, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance, robust internal controls, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless operations.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

  • ≤5% budget vs. actual variance, 100% timely reporting.
  • ≥95% CapEx projects delivered within budget.
  • ROI above industry benchmarks.
  • ≥10% YoY operational cost reduction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance, Operations & Strategic Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, financial modelling, and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Proven leadership, compliance expertise, and stakeholder management.
