Role Overview

This is a position for an experienced Data Architect responsible for designing, developing and governing data architecture and pipelines.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and experience working with GCP-Big Query and Data Proc technologies. Key responsibilities include design and implementation of scalable and robust data architectures, development and optimization of data pipelines, collaboration with cross-functional teams, database administration, ensuring data quality and security, integrating data platforms with enterprise systems and defining data governance strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks, preferably Python or Go
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and designing microservices for data delivery
  • Solid grasp of data modeling fundamentals, including Kimball and Inmon methodologies
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices, including CDC
  • Strong version-control habits and experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to emerging data technologies
