Director - Third Party Risk Management - Technology

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Third Party Risk Management - Technology practice. The successful candidate will have expertise in platform implementation, process transformation, and knowledge of leading TPRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for TPRM services
  • Build and manage client relationships to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead Thought Leadership initiatives to establish Genpact as a trusted advisor in the TPRM space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration from a top-tier institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TPRM, with expertise in one or few leading platforms
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture and integration complexities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams
