Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Risk Management Strategist to lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing risk management strategies. This role involves driving accountability, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies across various programs, services, and initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute risk management initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, business execution, or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Broad risk management experience, including experience in risk identification, risk appetite, and risk analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing and complex environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
