Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Objective:

  • To play a key role in managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses by analyzing financial data and providing strategic advice.
  2. Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities to advise both strategic and private equity buyers & sellers on alternative strategies.
  3. Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations.
  4. Lead day-to-day operations including managing a team through drafting request lists and managing client communications regarding requested items.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA (US) or CFA (US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit.
  • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Capacity to understand an entity through analyzing financial statements and creating analyses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing through on-the-job coaching and creating resources.
