Senior Software Development Lead for Behavioral Health Solutions

Job OverviewThe Senior Software Development Lead will play a crucial role in developing innovative software solutions for our Behavioral Health and Care Solutions Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale software solutions using the latest technologies and development techniques.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with the Technology strategy and industry-standard best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- User Story Prioritization: Participate in prioritizing User Stories based on time/difficulty to complete, risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Technical Skills: Experience with Kafka, AWS (serverless related services), Java, Springboot, Spring, Python, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, and No-SQL databases.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile methodology, including SCRUM team practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- 3-5 Years IT Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a degree in a related technical/business area or equivalent work experience.
We are looking for candidates with exposure to EKS, industry standards for error handling, and familiarity with medical data.
