Job Description:
Develop software solutions for our Behavioral Health and Care Solutions Delivery teams. This role involves working on several of the largest Technology initiatives aimed at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery systems. You will design, develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions to enhance our market-winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale enterprise application solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Develop engineering solutions in alignment with our Technology strategy and industry standard best practices.
- Maximize operational efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our application assets.
- Sizes User Stories based on time/difficulty to complete and provides input on specific challenges facing these stories.
- Determine if User Stories meet the Definition of Ready and select User Stories to be completed in the Iteration.
- Breaks User Stories into tasks and participates in daily stand-ups.
Requirements:
- 8-10 Years Experience
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex software solutions and familiarity with most of the following technologies: Kafka, AWS (serverless-related services), Python, Databricks, Java.
- Familiarity with agile methodology, including Scrum teams, continuous integration, behavior/test-driven development, and specification by example.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills and project management skills.
Estimated Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
