Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing customer invoices and ensuring timely payment. The incumbent will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining tax compliance, and facilitating collections.

Responsibilities
  • Generate Accurate Invoices: Timely generation of customer invoices in line with contract terms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Tax Compliance and Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of billing adjustments or credit notes, adhering to GST and TDS requirements.
  • Collections & Cash Application: Monitor accounts receivable aging, proactively follow up on overdue accounts, and drive collection efforts via regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue cycle management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
