Student Experience Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences, ensuring seamless communication and effective resolution of issues.

Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to students and parents, addressing concerns, and resolving refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will also be responsible for managing escalations across various channels, including chat, calls, and email, while maintaining a positive parent and student experience.

In addition, you will mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timeframes.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to manage multiple channels and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional student support and address concerns with empathy and accuracy
  • Manage escalations across various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Requirements:
