Duties and responsibilities of this role involve delivering superior customer service, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and guaranteeing a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer interactions by greeting and assisting visitors to the store for article drop-off and collection.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics within the store.
- Effectively manage inventory, ensuring accurate logging and availability of items as needed.
- Collect daily cash revenues and prepare precise end-of-day financial summaries.
- Communicate with customers regarding completed orders and resolve any concerns or issues in a polite and confident manner.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and address any logistical challenges.
This position requires prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field. Additionally, strong verbal communication skills in English are necessary, along with a courteous, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
