We've streamlined the employee health benefits landscape in India by stitching up broken pieces while increasing employee engagement through gamification.

We're seeking a Data Engineer to join our high-energy team. As part of your day-to-day work, you'll have a direct impact on tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks. You'll collaborate with a high-energy team scaling across engineering functions. Pushing high-quality code on NodeJS, ensuring Data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc), balancing speed/quality will be critical.

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.\
  • Help develop reports and analyses.\
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.\
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.\
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.\
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and the ability to come up with standardized schema.\
  • Use graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods to visualize data.\
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate data-driven insights into product roadmaps.\\
