Job Title: Human Resource Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to drive our company's vision forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees across various regions and cultures. A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including payroll and statutory obligations.
  • Design and run initiatives that build a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sales, projects, facilitators, and content.
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • Manage HRIS systems for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
  • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
