We are seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: job advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures and necessary documentation
Payroll Management and Compliance:
  • Process monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines
  • Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI deductions, reimbursements and statutory compliance
  • Maintain adherence to labor laws and company policies
Employee Relations and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database systems
  • Manage attendance, leave requests, shift schedules and employee queries
  • Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
HR Documentation and Policy Development:
  • Prepare and update HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving documents
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, payroll and generalist roles
  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. Tally, GreytHR or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
