The Placement Manager plays a crucial role in securing new clientele for student placements and internships. Key responsibilities include strategizing campus recruitment, achieving individual targets, and supporting team members.

Required skills and competencies include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, and knowledge of industry demographics. Experience in working with senior professionals in HR and functional leaders is also essential.

The Placement Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve career services and institutional objectives. This role requires strong networking skills and the ability to close deals.

Key activities include student counselling sessions, corporate engagement activities, and managing existing placement partners. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving placement and internship targets.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring 6 working days with Sunday off. The successful candidate will be well-networked in the corporate HR community and have a passion for education and training.
