Our business development team is looking for a skilled professional to lead our training initiatives.

  • Develop and update comprehensive training materials that cover insurance broking processes, including product knowledge, risk management, compliance, and customer service.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and ongoing development of existing employees.
  • Monitor the progress and performance of trainees through regular assessments and feedback sessions.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills to train employees on how to effectively communicate product offerings and insurance solutions to clients and client relationship management, negotiation techniques, and how to close deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including management, HR teams, senior brokers, and compliance officers.

Compliance training is also a critical component of this position, requiring the ability to conduct mandatory compliance training and certification programs.
