
Insurance Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to manage risks and protect the company's assets.
- Evaluate and recommend insurance products and services that meet the needs of the organization.
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
- Coordinate and negotiate insurance claims and settlements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Monitor and analyze insurance-related metrics and report to senior management on trends and issues.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of insurance-related reports and filings.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on insurance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to insurance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Certification in insurance management would be an advantage.
