**Position Summary ( For what the job exists )**

We are seeking an Internal Audit Executive (**Fresher**) to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will assist in evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and supporting audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. **Key accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)**
- Assist in conducting audits across various business functions such as underwriting, claims, and finance, etc.
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed observations.
- Support assessments of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Help ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, guidelines, circulars and policies approved by the Board.
- Follow up on corrective actions from previous audit reports.
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the audit team and with other departments.
- Participate in training sessions to understand audit processes and industry regulations.

**Details of the Technical skill set required for the position**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of auditing principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior internship in audit or insurance is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
