This role is for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the structured finance space.
The primary responsibility of this position involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements for investment deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Onboarding client portfolios by reviewing legal agreements and understanding servicer or trustees' reporting
- Supporting clients in risk and exposure monitoring of transactions
- Calculating and monitoring key metrics, including covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, and Borrowing Base calculations
- Leading daily operations and ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely
- Liaising with Business Analysts and Implementation teams to ensure data accuracy
- Mentoring team members to improve learning curves
- Providing enhanced surveillance on client portfolios and sharing critical performance aspects proactively
- Standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies
Required Skills and Experience:
- Broad understanding of Structured Finance products and corporate credit landscape
- In-depth knowledge of core financial and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
- Understanding of various financial databases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in an Investment Bank, Investment Management firm, or Financial Advisory firm
