As a Director of Wealth at our organization, you will drive the development and expansion of our wealth management division, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our wealth management strategy, aligning with our global investment vision.
- Work with channel partners to bring global investing products to their clients via their relationship managers and advisors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
- Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes, and help clients make and manage investments in identified products.
- Stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit our HNI clientele.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
