
Sales System Performance Manager

The Business Systems Specialist role plays a key part in the Sales Operations team's success. This position ensures the accuracy and usability of our sales tools by resolving support tickets promptly and accurately.
Role Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various sales tools, including Salesforce, Clari, People.ai, and ClosePlan.
- Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
- Assist in resolving Level 2 tickets by providing necessary information to stakeholders.
- Contribute to scheduled system maintenance via data migrations.
- Maintain SLA targets and manage access-related issues.
- Collaborate with teams to document best practices and usage.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certification.
- Salesforce Administrator experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology, with a focus on data security and territory management.
- Experience in sales processes and environments is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
- Excellent teamwork and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- Quick learner and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Aggressive problem solver.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
