About Our Institution

We have a rich history spanning over nine decades, dedicated to the holistic development of individuals with the aim of producing self-sufficient and independent members of society. Our comprehensive approach focuses on education, sports, and social welfare, incorporating 12 units and employing more than six hundred people.

We comprise prominent units such as schools and concert halls, among others.

Who We Are Looking For?

We seek an exceptional and result-driven professional with seven to ten years of experience in high net worth individual and philanthropic fundraising for our multidisciplinary sports complex. The role entails identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with influential donors, alumni, and networks to secure substantial funding support. The ideal candidate should possess experience in business development and fundraising, with a proven track record in developing and implementing CSR strategies, while being a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-scale donations from high-net-worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists. Proven experience in securing significant funding for large-scale construction projects is essential.
  • Create a comprehensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • Establish and track target-based fundraising goals, providing regular progress reports to management through donor engagement and donation metrics.
  • Craft compelling pitches and proposals for senior management and HNIs, driving successful closures.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with trustees, leadership, and project teams to achieve fundraising objectives.
  • Represent our institution at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and industry gatherings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNIs/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Tamil and English.
  • The ability to work independently and lead pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
