Visual Communication Specialist

 

Gather requirements for various creative projects, design and execute them, organize the work in a drive and share it with the team on time.

Creatives for Ads Website and Social Media

Organize and assign work into a work management tool to ensure transparency and trackability by everyone.

Constantly research and come up with new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetics while bringing variety into visual content.

Set a consistent tone for each brand and provide details to junior designers to execute the creative.

Delegate repeated tasks to relevant members and ensure proper utilization is happening for the team.

Collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirements and set processes to complete tasks on schedule for all brands.

Raise alarms when work is getting overloaded and if priority of work is confusing.

Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.

Take feedback on creatives from Management till brand guidelines are not set or when the team tries a new style or activity.

Study brands' social media constantly to understand their aesthetics and brand design evolution.

Recruitment and Department Building

Do their onboarding which includes tools training and task explanation.

Mentor them and guide them to do the work that you do so you can build capacity and manage.

Escalate any team and work related issues to right channels for which hampers the work and productivity

 

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
  • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology usability and user experience
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized
  • Prior experience in Design and editing softwares
  • Degree in Creative / Artistic Discipline
