Project Manager Position

Afis Space Solutions is hiring a skilled project manager to lead corporate/office fit outs in Delhi.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced project management professional to oversee the planning and execution of office interior fit-outs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and tracking, as well as experience with relevant software.

Duties will include reviewing drawings and plans, tracking daily progress, and advising on interior design factors such as space planning and layout.

Additional responsibilities will include monitoring installation and quality control, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or MBA in project management
  • At least 3+ years of experience in office interior fit-out industry
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
