Product Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the next evolution of our recruitment management software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms.

As a project leader, you will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related frameworks.

Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory.

Additional qualifications include a minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery.

Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time.

Exposure to AI/ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms is also desired.

Preferred traits include a strategic thinker with a product mindset, comfortable working in agile environments, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
