Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our imaging team and drive quality results.

  • Oversee operational and creative teams to ensure high-quality asset creation according to defined style guides.
  • Manage changing priorities and implement plans to meet business needs.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends/innovations to drive improvement and innovation for imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, training, development, and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team Handling: Handle team members effectively to ensure smooth operation of the studio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, or a related field required.
  • Understanding of market trends, visual composition, and the art of aesthetic presentation.
  • Knowledge of commercial studio workflow.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
