Elite Hiring Lead

We're seeking an exceptional hiring professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts in India. As a key member of our team, you'll drive innovative sourcing strategies, leverage AI tools, and elevate our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to attract top tech and consulting talent.
  • Identify and cultivate new talent pools across cities and ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools, data insights, and digital strategies to enhance recruitment productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by serving as both recruiter and brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters, fostering a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset within the team.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience, with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under challenging goals.
  • Strong ability to think creatively: innovative sourcing, employer branding, digital engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with a sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
