Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Security Expert to lead our security efforts.

About the Role:

  • Configure and maintain security within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments
  • Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security
  • Maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and procedures
  • Participate in report reviews to ensure security and data privacy standards
  • Stay updated on new security features within the application's future roadmap and implement where possible
  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls
  • Knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations
  • Ability to collect information to assess client needs and situation
  • Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, data models, organization structures, and roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable enforcing adherence to security policies and practices
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
