Job Title: Payroll Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and providing expert advice on all aspects of payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain payroll systems, including Withholding orders, Taxes, Validations, and Arrears.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processing frameworks, banking, and settlement procedures.
  • Perform HRIS operational duties for Workday HCM and Payroll.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on various HCM/Payroll areas.
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Workday Core HCM, Payroll certification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Workday HCM experience and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, calculated fields, custom reports like Advanced/Matrix/Composite, and setting up notifications.
  • Ability to maintain highest regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records.
