About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for our client's Workday platform. This is a remote role servicing a leading Australian organization, requiring excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of Workday modules and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity, with strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules. Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields are also essential.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day support requests, ensuring system stability, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across HR, Payroll, Finance, or other Workday modules in scope. This includes providing L2/L3 support for Workday users, monitoring and troubleshooting Workday integrations and business processes, and partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Maintaining Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions.
  • Assisting with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conducting impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Providing user training and guidance as needed.
