Job Opportunity: Loan Origination Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and lead a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the loan origination process. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, including sourcing clients, loan processing, and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance loan sales and expand market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products (personal, business, home, vehicle loans, etc.) and the DSA process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
